We’ve updated our guidelines as of 04/05/2022
What you can expect:
Masks are now optional, including for staff. If you are immunocompromised, we suggest still wearing a mask and the practitioner will as well.
To avoid gatherings in the waiting room, please just show up right at the time of your appointment.
To reduce in person contact, all consultations will be done through our online forms using a secure HIPAA compliant platform. There will be no consultations on-site so please fill out the form before your visit.
Our tables have a disposable sheet which is changed between patients. There is also a waterproof sheet under the disposable one that is cleaned after each patient.
HEPA filter air purifiers with no ozone are in the waiting room and treatment area. Our treatment area has two HEPA air purifiers, one on each side of the room.
Our treatment room is running at reduced capacity to leave more than enough distance between tables.
What we ask of you:
Do not bring anyone with you to your treatments. The only exception is patients with disabilities. We would prefer though that they come in with you and then return to the clinic when your visit ends.
Do not come in if you feel you might be sick. If you have an ongoing cough for any reason, we will not be able to offer acupuncture to you at this time.
Please give us 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule; otherwise, there will be a late cancellation fee. We are running at limited capacity to keep everyone safe so if too many people cancel last minute, it will be hard for us to stay open at our regular prices. If you feel sick, however, we will waive the late fee even if it’s just hours before your appointment.
To limit face to face time, fill out the new patient intake form that is sent when you booked an appointment.
Please be on time for appointments. If you’re late, your appointment will be shorter or may need to be rescheduled.
